Here's my latest purchace. I finally took the plunge after wanting a DSLR for so long. After having a big interest in photography, I enrolled in a digital photography class this semester, so hopefully I learn the correct way to use it.

Note to Self:

• Need a pair of red Chuck Taylor Converse & re-buy a pair of black ones
• Buy a pair of designer jeans; feel no guilt whatsoever.
• More casual dresses
• Hair makeover
• Be comfortable
• Contacts
• Bring camera with me
• Plan a party in 3 weeks time

My two year run at Starbucks has officially come to an end. My barista days are over. No more making amazing cappuccinos. No more rediculous extra hot 200 degrees chai lattes. No more fatty scones. No more smelling like i rolled around in coffee grounds. No more looking “extra stylish” in my khakis and black polo. No more green apron. No more getting hit on by customers and creepy old business men alike. No more free 1 lb. bags of coffee. No more free beverages. No more 30% discount. No more following stupid standards. No more inaccurate customer voice scores. No more worrying about Ecosure. No more 10 hour work days. No more getting calls at 4 o’clock in the morning to cover a mother effing opening shift. No more getting taken advantage of by customers because of the starbucks “golden” rule: just say YES. No more having to work on fridays. No more having to say “Thank You” on behalf of a company that charges 3 dolla+ for a “handcrafted beverage” that is practically made by a machine, a machine! Good Riddance Starbucks, my time with you was bittersweet. But mostly bitter.

So I officially got my tC on tuesday! It turns out my monthly payments are going to be cheaper than I thought; $279 vs. $359. I'm really excited about finally having my own car. Here's a few of reasons why:

• I don't have to ride around/get picked up in the "red blur" (my boyfriend's alternate transportation [1990 astro van] when he's not riding his bike)
• I don't have to borrow my mom's camry aka the ultimate typical asian mom car
• I have a cool asian air freshener like this for my car . yum.
• It will help build my credit history.
• and a million billion other reasons.

Brian wants me to get black rims and a loud exhaust pipe, but I really don't want my car to get any more rice rocket than it already is.

I finally got around to getting a new point & shoot camera. There are so many features, that I think I might need to dedicate a whole day to learning them all. So now that I have a new camera, expect more picture posts that'll help make me seem a little more interesting. That is all. :)
